Refund policy

Preorder cancellations:

Coco Blue is currently offered as a limited Founding Batch preorder. Orders are paid in full at checkout. You may cancel your preorder at any time before it is fulfilled for a full refund to the original payment method.

To request a cancellation, email support@drinkcoco.blue with your order number. Estimated shipping is September 2026, subject to manufacturing completion.

Post-delivery issues:

Because Coco Blue is a consumable food product, we do not accept routine returns of opened or used product. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, defective, or incorrect, please do not use it. Contact support@drinkcoco.blue promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or full refund when appropriate. Do not mail anything back unless we provide instructions. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
