These Terms of Service govern your use of drinkcoco.blue and your purchase of products from Super Powders LLC ("Super Powders," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

1. STORE USE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, use automated means to access or copy website content, or submit false or misleading information.

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, pricing, and availability accurately. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order if information is inaccurate or if we are unable to fulfill it. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and payment information.

3. FOUNDING BATCH PREORDERS

Coco Blue is currently offered as a limited Founding Batch preorder. Orders are paid in full at checkout. The current estimated shipping timing is September 2026, subject to manufacturing completion. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If the estimated timing materially changes, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The current product price is shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods may change before an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel a Founding Batch preorder at any time before it is fulfilled for a full refund to the original payment method. To request a cancellation, email support@drinkcoco.blue with your order number.

After an order has been fulfilled, cancellations and other refund requests are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping estimates begin after an order is fulfilled and handed to the carrier. We will email tracking information when available. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for additional information.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND USE

Review the product label, ingredients, and nutrition information before use. Product information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using the product. Any permitted legal action relating to these Terms or your use of the website must be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
